Nick has three passions that all shine through on his channel and his work on his website and cookbook. Firstly he’s a trained pastry chef, he’s also a graphic designer, and finally, he describes himself as an amateur food photographer.  Looking at his photo’s however, they are anything but amateurish.

The Screen Line is Nick’s creative outlet where he gets to express his love of baking and design. His cakes are stunning as can be seen in the photo’s below, and he is also adept at giving clear and detailed instruction, making recreating his cakes very manageable.

Elise makes easy to follow tutorials that are perfect if you are making a birthday cake for a children’s party or any celebration. The cakes look difficult, but with Elise’s detailed instruction and simple ingredients, they are very achievable at home.

It’s no wonder My Cupcake Addiction is so popular.

Home Cooking Adventure is a beautiful channel hosted by Ella.

Ella started her blog in 2011 and has been working hard with the help of her husband behind the camera ever since. The first YouTube video was posted two years later in 2013.

As well as finding cooking very calming and an escape from a hectic world and busy life with three children, Ella believes that home cooking is more nourishing, fresher and tastier than fast food.

Baking is her favourite type of cooking, and her channel is a testament to this. The cakes and sweets on Home Cooking Adventure are gorgeous.

Ella and her husband are passionate about sharing their love of good food. The videos are very well made and the addition of excellent music to accompany the beautiful images makes watching very relaxing and enjoyable.

Sweet Amb’s Cookies is the creation of Amber Spiegel.

Amber began her baking career by completing the Baking and Pastry Program at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.

In 2008 her talent was recognised when she won the grand prize in a Wilton cake decorating contest. Following this success, Amber was invited to attend the Wilton School of Cake Decorating and Confectionery Art to take the Master Course.

On completion of the class, Amber was offered a position as a Wilton cake decorator, which she promptly accepted.

In 2011 Amber decided to move back to her home state of New York and pursue her dream of making her small cookie business, SweetAmbs into a full-time career.

Today she is busy producing cookie decorating video tutorials and traveling the world to teach others how to make amazing cookies.

Amber has one book published in 2016, Cookie Art: Sweet Designs For Special Occasions.

Cupcake Jemma is the creation of self-taught inventive baker Jemma Wilson. Based in London the channel is about cupcakes of course and tutorials on baking and decorating techniques.

Jemma started selling her cupcakes at a market stall after leaving art school. Following the success of the market stall she decided to start her baking business, Crumbs and Doilies.

In 2012 Jemma was asked to participate in a street party hosted by Jamie Oliver to celebrate the opening of his restaurant Fifteen. Jamie was impressed with Jemmas talent and enthusiasm and invited her to start her own baking channel on Food Tube.

After even more success it was time to open her very own shop. With the help of her adoring fans, Jemma was able to raise the money needed for the shop. Crumbs and Doilies is a raging success and now employs 15 staff.

Jemma invites you to, “put your feet up, grab a cup of tea and/or a spatula and apron and let’s do this – the world needs cake and buttercream and we’re gonna make some – together!”

Kawaii Sweet World is an adorable channel hosted by energetic Rachel Fong. Kawaii means cute in Japanese and you are guaranteed that everything Rachel makes is super cute and delicious.
