About Clean and Delicious with Danni Spies

Dani started Clean and Delicious in 2006 while raising her two young children. In 2013 she moved with her husband to New Jersey where and, with the help of her husband, Clean and Delicious really took off.
Dani has an impressive academic background. She has studied at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, The Institute for The Psychology of Eating , The New School of Cooking in Culver City, The Life Coach School and she holds a B.A. in Psychology from William Paterson University.
One piece of advice from Dani when trying to eat healthy, “Don’t take it all too seriously!”
