About Joy of Baking with Stephanie Jaworski
Joy of Baking is a wonderful “go to” channel for all your baking recipe needs. You can make as many of Stephanie’s recipes as you like and every time they will be excellent. You will receive compliments when you use her recipes and may become the go to baker in your family for every special occasion.
Joy of Baking started all the way back in 1997. Of course there was no YouTube back then but Stephanie and Rick have managed to change with the times over the past 20 years and develop Joy of Baking into the amazing resource that it is today. While Stephanie is responsible for all the recipes, Rick takes care of the technical side of creating the videos.
Stephanie has lived in both Canada and the US and also grew up eating Canadian and British food. Although she has no formal training she does have a lot of experience and an incredible amount of knowledge gained through reading from her library of cookbooks that she estimates numbers in the thousands!
Next time you need to bake something try Joy of Baking, you will not be disappointed. As Stephanie says “to become a good baker all you need are good ingredients and some time and patience in the kitchen.” – and Joy of Baking!
