Jennifer Melanie Ziemons is an Olympic gold medal winning sugar and cake artist. She started her bakery in 2015 and had immediate success in numerous competitions winning three gold medals in a row.

Encouraged by her abundant talent she entered the biggest cake show in the world, Cake International. A wise decision that resulted in a further four gold medals and an article in Cake Masters magazine.

These achievements gave Jennifer the confidence to enter the Olympic Games in 2016. She spent 6 months constructing a 1.5 m tall pink doll house fully furnished and, you guessed it, she won another gold medal!
