About Gemma’s Bigger Bolder Baking with Gemma Stafford
Bigger Bolder Baking is the creation of professionally trained Irish chef Gemma Stafford. From her sunny kitchen in Santa Monica California she shares her extravagant baking style. Her approach in the kitchen is about taking risks with confidence.
Gemma has an impressive training background having studied with chef Darina Allen at the world-renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School in County Cork. She has also worked in Italy, Australia and San Fransisco where she prepared over the top breakfasts for tech types.
Now she lives her dream with husband Kevin and dog Waffles by her side. As she says, āIām pursuing my lifelong dream of teaching people my trade and sharing my culinary adventures and Bold Baking secrets.ā
