Pai also posts recipes that are not Thai. Like most people who are passionate about cooking she enjoys cooking lots of different types of foods.
Pai was born and raised in Thailand and currently lives in Vancouver Canada. She is a professionally trained chef and you can find her written recipes on her website, Hot Thai Kitchen or in her cookbook of the same name.
