Born in Beijing now living in the US with her husband Maggie shares her take on modern Chinese food while maintaining the influence of treasured family recipes.
By integrating Chinese spices and ingredients with local produce, Maggie can create dishes that are exciting and unique.
Maggie uses modern appliances in her recipes to make recreating complicated dishes easier and faster and allowing you to enjoy healthy homemade food rather than opting for takeout.
Her cookbook, The Chinese Stir Fry Sauce Cookbook is also unique and a fantastic idea. It contains just nine basic Chinese sauces that she uses to create 41 recipes.
Maggies’ passion for cooking and sharing Chinese food helps her make friends in her new home and stay connected to her traditions from home.
