Strictly Dumpling is a very entertaining channel started in 2013 by host Mike Chen. Although mostly about authentic Chinese food Mike also makes videos about lots of other cuisines.
Passionate about food is an understatement when describing Mike. His seemingly boundless energy and enthusiasm make for addictive viewing.
Mike takes us with him as he tries incredible food from restaurants across the US and overseas. He loves to travel and also has a vlog highlighting his adventures.
Mike not only loves to eat he also loves to cook. He started his recipe channel, Pho The Love of Food with some close friends who also love to cook and present recipe videos online.
In fact apart from Strictly Dumpling Mike lists five other food related channels and he also has a very popular channel called Beyond Science.
He certainly makes good use of all that energy!
